Check your size.
Find a singlet or t-shirt of a size you want to match. Lay it flat and measure from seam to seam under the arm. This is your actual width for selecting your jersey/singlet size.
For shorts, measure your players waist. No tape measure? A shoelace, piece of string or belt will work. Then measure that length. This is your waist measurement for selecting your shorts size.
